Stationary copolymerization of formaldehyde and 1,3‐dioxolan

Abstract: A. study on the kinetics of gas‐phase copolymerization of formaldehyde and 1,3‐dioxolan effected by stannic chloride in a flow reactor with ideal mixing is reported. Equations were calculated describing the run of process depending on the composition of the outgoing flow measured with a gas chromatograph.
