Standardized use of novel oral anticoagulants plasma level thresholds in a new thrombolysis decision making protocol

Abstract: Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients receiving non-vitamin-K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOAC) are commonly excluded from thrombolytic therapy, as interpretation of coagulation tests remains unclear.
