The variety of assessment tools used in the Turn Down Service competency test in vocational education and still done manually using observation sheets is the reason for this research. Using increasingly advanced digital applications aims to develop an assessment model that aligns with the current learning process. This study aims to analyze the results of the implementation and quality of the digital-based Competency Based Assessment model on the Turn Down Service competency test in vocational education. The research uses a descriptive method to examine the implementation of competency-based assessment through observation and competence tests. Respondents are vocational school teachers and hospitality practitioners as internal and external examiners and interns at vocational schools. The researcher examined the data by the procedure and characteristic findings of the research. The researcher analyzed the interview and observational data qualitatively; however, we analyzed the competence tests quantitatively. The research finding showed that: (1) the model of digital competency-based assessment that has been implemented excels and covers the preparation, process, and result stages. The model fulfils the Standard Operating Procedure in Housekeeping Department. (2) The achieved competence in all vocational interns is competent according to the result of external and internal assessors through moderation. (3) Digital competency-based assessment model in the competence test achieved excellent quality after being analyzed by the inter-rater reliability test. The results of implementing digital Competency-Based Assessment in turndown services in the hospitality industry are analyzed based on performance at the preparation stage, process, and practice results. The performance results show that all students' competency achievements are competent at very high criteria. This research can be recommended to decision-makers in vocational education as an excellent reference for implementing this model in competency testing and fieldwork practice in the Housekeeping Department.

This research is motivated by the need for a performance assessment on the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school which can measure the competence of students objectively according to the Hotel SOP. This research is the implementation stage of Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP on the Housekeeping competency test which has been tested for validation through expert judgement at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, by choosing the location of the Hospitality Accommodation Vocational School in West Java. The purpose of this study is to implement Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP in the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school to determine the feasibility of the application developed from user responses. Research participants were selected by students and teachers who teach Housekeeping subjects at Accommodation Hospitality vocational high school as well as hotel practitioners in West Java. The findings showed that Ve.Rubric based on Sop Hotel was declared very feasible and the interrater reliability result data obtained by the cronbach alpha value of 0.818 had good reliability on very high criteria. Usability analysis obtained the results that, Ve.Rubric provides convenience in assessing performance at the time of competency tests and is more effective and feels satisfied as a user. The results of this study contain the implication that, Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP can be implemented on the Housekeeping competency test at SMK Hospitality Accommodation both in West Java and in other provinces in the wider clause.

This research is based on the needs of performance analysis assessment of standardized Hotel's linen cleaning in Housekeeping Department, so the assessment for the competence's achievement of students during field practice can be objectively measured. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance assessment of hotel's linen cleaning in Housekeeping Department by the stakeholder whether it is from vocational high school or the Hotel Industry. This research was using the analytic descriptive method by choosing the research respondent consisted of Hotel Accommodation's teacher and Hotel's instructor as field practice mentor for the student in related vocational. The Result shows that: (1) Performance Assessment of Hotel's linen cleaning was developed in accordance to Standard Operational Procedure that covers preparation, process and result, (2) the result of expert judgment performance assessment of hotel's linen cleaning shows a very worthy criteria so that it can be used by teacher and hotel instructor to assess the student during the practice of hotel's linen cleaning in housekeeping department.
