Facing the Society 5.0 era, the world of education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. As well to education some elements and stakeholders such as the government, community organizations and the whole community also participated in welcoming the coming Society 5.0 era. To answer the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 in the world of education required life skills of the 21st century or better known as 4C (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration). This research method using questionnaire survey by asking several questions to the respondents and doing direct observation at the research site. The total number of them was 12 with details 7 teachers and 5 parents of students respectively. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents agree that it is very important to hone children's English skills for preparing the challenges in the Society 5.0 era. Where the times are getting more advanced and global competition is a necessity. Self-preparation through English language skills started from the education is a solution today. So that children have no difficulty to adapt in the modern or digital world and it is hard to be competitive looking for job vacancies in the future. Consequently, children are expected be technologically literate and fluent English in Society 5.0, considering that English has been established as an international language, business language, and technology language.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dari PT Bukit Asam Tbk yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis rasio berupa rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas. Data yang dianalisis merupakan laporan keuangan PT. Bukit Asam Tbk berupa neraca dan laporan laba-rugi dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas yang meliputi rasio profit margin, rasio Return On Asset (ROA), dan rasio Return On Equity (ROE); serta rasio likuiditas yang meliputi rasio lancar (Current Ratio), dan rasio cepat (Quick Ratio). Hasil pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa pada pengukuran kinerja keuangan PT Bukit Asam Tbk berdasarkan dari teori Kasmir periode 2017-2021 dapat dikatakan sebagai perusahaan yang sudah baik pada rasio likuiditasnya sedangkan masih ada 2 indikator yang kurang baik pada rasio profitabilitas yaitu rasio Return On Asset Asset (ROA) dan rasio Return On Equity (ROE). Hal ini disebabkan karena pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 ekonomi internasional sedang kurang baik diakibatkan oleh pandemi COVID-19 sehingga PT Bukit Asam Tbk juga berdampak dan mengalami penurunan di bagian aktiva lancar, persediaan dan kewajiban lancar. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Likuiditas.

This paper aims to explore aspects of the legitimacy of limiting the age of marriage from the perspective of maqâshid al-syarî'ah. Early marriage is regarded as highly common ini Indonesia. According to data for 2020, 1 in 9 or almost 11% of Indonesian girls get married before becoming 18 years old. Through Law Number 16 of 2019 about Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 about Marriage, the government is trying to suppress the practice of early marriage through limiting the age of marriage to 19 years. Research methods are qualitative-explanative method, this paper attempts to analyze the texts and doctrines of fiqh scholars relating to the age of marriage and relate them to the purpose of marriage through the point of view of maqâshid al-syarî'ah. Through this method, it has been discovered that that marriage is a noble Islamic law and the only institution that legalizes sexual relations as a primary need (daruri) for human being in order to realize the maintenance of religion (hifzh al-dîn) through the avoidance of the practice of adultery, as well as maintaining the sustainability of mankind (hifzh al-nasl). Considering that marriage is closely related to responsibilities, it can be concluded that arrangement 19 years as the ideal age for marriage is considered to be in line with the maqâshid of marriage. Carrying out underage marriages will cause mafsadah, because it has negatives effect on health, fertility and causes bad social impacts so that maqâshid marriage cannot be realized.
