Spray Dried Amorphous Form of Simvastatin: Preparation and Evaluation of the Buccal Tablet

Abstract: Background: The success of a drug primarily depends on its bioavailability. By enhancing the solubility and dissolution properties of drugs that are scarcely water soluble, significantly improves their bioavailability.
