Abstract:Spindle cell carcinoma is a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma. The most frequently affected site is larynx, however, it may infrequently occur in various organs; gingiva, tongue, upper aerodigestive tract including hypopharynx and nasal cavity, esophagus, skin and breast.
