Spinal myoclonus: a rare presentation of cervical myelopathy

Abstract: Myoclonus describes a movement disorder characterised by brief, abrupt and involuntary contractions of muscles or groups of muscles, usually associated with intracranial lesions, with limited evidence linking it to spinal pathologies.
