Spatial Probabilistic Mapping of Metabolite Ensembles in Mass Spectrometry Imaging

Abstract: Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) vows to enable simultaneous spatially-resolved investigation of hundreds of metabolites in tissue sections, but it still relies on poorly defined ion images for data interpretation.
