Some magnetized bianchi type-III massive string cosmological models in general relativity

Abstract: Some Bianchi type III cosmological models with magnetic field for massive string are investigated. F 12 is only the non-vanishing component of electromagnetic field tensor F i j . To get a determinate solution. we have assumed that the expansion (θ) in the model is proportional to the shear (σ). This leads to C = A n where A and C are functions of time alone. A particular solution for n = 1 is discussed. The physical implications of the models, are also discussed.
