Solving Problems of Interruptions and Multitasking in the Pharmacy of a Large Hospital Centre

Abstract: This paper presents an approach to solving problems of interruptions and multitasking in inpatient pharmacy processes of a large hospital centre, which is based on statistical modelling and simulations.
