Behavioral and related problems in children and adolescents have recently become a focus of attention. Solution-focused therapy, a future and goal-oriented, realistic, and short-term psychotherapy approach, has emerged as a promising therapy approach for children, adolescents, and their families since it is seen as an appropriate approach to use in children and adolescents. In this context, the purpose of this current systematic review is to evaluate the studies conducted on the use of solution-focused therapy in child and adolescent behavioral problems. In the study, experimental and quasiexperimental studies published in Turkish and English between 2000 (January) -2020 (December) were systematically screened in Google Academic, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, PubMed, ULAKBIM, Turkish Psychiatry Index, and Tr Index databases. Research studies that do not meet the criteria are excluded from the study. The 16 articles that met the criteria were examined and evaluated in sample groups, target problem, research design, application groups, applied intervention, intervention techniques, measurements and measurement tools, and results. The majority of the studies examined within the scope of this study reveal that solutionfocused therapy is effective in reducing behavioral problems.
