Solubilization of Testosterone 5α-Reductase from Nuclear Fraction of Rat Ventral Prostate

Abstract: It was confirmed that the nuclear testosterone 5ƒ¿-reductase was attached to membrane fraction as observed by Moore and Wilson (1972) in rat ventral prostate.
