Solar neutrino oscillations in extensions of the standard model

Abstract: The solar neutrino oscillations are considered within the left right model and the general two Higgs doublet model. The study makes it apparent that the interactions between leptons and the physical Higgs bosons could significantly influence the oscillations pattern. To estimate the corrections to the solar matter potential compared to the standard model the constraints on the Yukawa couplings constants and the Higgs boson masses are found.

“…This paper is a continuation of the works [12,13,14] in which the correlation between the SF's and behavior of the neutrino beam was discussed. It is clear that when the electron neutrinos beam passing through the magnetic field of the CS's will change its composition and we could detect this changing, then the problem of the SF's forecasting with a help of neutrino telescopes will be resolved.…”

“…In the SM the matter potential (MP) has the form V CM 2 p G F n e r, where n e r is the electron density. In the LRM the interactions between leptons and singly charged Higgs bosons modify the MP compared to the SM [16,17] and the evolution equation takes the form In the most simple case when the adiabatic effects are small the daytime survival probability of the left-handed …”
