Socio-ecological consequences during the construction of a multistage system of flood control facilities on side tributaries

Abstract: A method of protecting territories in a river basin during flash floods by creating a multi-stage system of intercepting flood control systems with temporarily filled reservoirs, with a phased construction of waterworks on side tributaries, including secondary ones.
