“…Finally, the routes for all options of ore transportation will affect the traditional lands and indigenous communities (Olenek and Anabar districts of Yakutia, Taimyr in the Krasnoyarsk region). Their lost profit should be included in the costs of transportation as any option of transportation impacts the quality of life and traditional economic and social activities of the indigenous peoples [38,39].
