Social media and consumer buying behavior decision: what entrepreneurs should know?

Abstract: PurposeThis paper aims to investigate the impacts of social media on the Pakistani consumers' buying behavior, which could be reflected in either complex buying, variety seeking, dissonance reducing or habitual buying.
