“…When the literature is examined, it has been found that inability to fall asleep due to frequent awakenings of the child, problems with sleep quality and insomnia problems are common in postpartum women (Erçel & Süt, 2020;Sivertsen et al, 2015;Sivertsen et al, 2017). Among the reasons that increase sleep problems experienced in the postpartum period, socioeconomic problems, living in rural areas, physiological and psychological changes experienced after birth were determined (Fischer et al, 2021;Stremler et al, 2017).
