During the design stage of a spacecraft it is important to carry out a thorough analysis of potential onboard equipment failures in order to develop means of their mitigation so that the satellite would remain fully functional for the entirety of its lifespan. The article demonstrates an idea towards establishing a backup satellite attitude control system based on the photovoltaic array of the power control system.

The proposed work provides a model for estimating the assembly parameters of the products by the example of the cone ring assembly process. There was carried out the simulation of the process of parts mating along the surfaces with form deviation. As a result of Monte Carlo simulation, there were obtained statistical characteristics of the parameters of the assembled units depending on various initial positions of the parts being assembled. The proposed model could be used to assess the accuracy of the products assembled in the aircraft industry.

КалугаМалые космические аппараты (МКА) «АИСТ» -совместная разработка Самарского государствен-ного аэрокосмического университета имени академика С.П. Королёва (СГАУ) и акционерного общества «РКЦ «Прогресс» (до 01.07.2014 г. -государственного научно-производственного ракетно-космического центра «ЦСКБ-Прогресс») при поддержке правительства Самарской области. В настоящей работе пред-ставлены результаты лётно-конструкторских испытаний (ЛКИ) и опытной эксплуатации малых космиче-ских аппаратов научного и образовательного назначения, а также проведён анализ телеметрической ин-формации (ТМИ) о работоспособности обеспечивающих систем МКА и получаемых с орбиты данных научной аппаратуры. Рассматриваются возможности дальнейшего использования МКА типа «Аист» в научно-образовательных целях.Малый космический аппарат, лётно-конструкторские испытания, научная аппаратура, орбита, наземные средства управления, телеметрическая информация. ВведениеМаломассогабаритный космический аппарат научного назначения «АИСТ» разработан АО «РКЦ «Прогресс» при непосредственном участии специалистов СГАУ в части проектирования аппарата и создания бортовой научной аппаратуры МАГКОМ и МЕТЕОР.Запуск лётного образца (ЛО) МКА «АИСТ» (RS43as) был осуществлён 19 апреля 2013 года с космодрома «Байко-нур» попутной полезной нагрузкой КА «Бион-М» №1, выведенного РН «Союз-2» на околокруговую орбиту высотой 570 км и наклонением 64,9°. Режим орбитального полёта МКА -неориентированный, время активного существования -до трёх лет.Запуск опытного образца (ОО) МКА «АИСТ» (RS41at) был осуществлён 28 де-кабря 2013 года РН «Союз2-1в» с БВ «Волга» с космодрома «Плесецк» на око-локруговую орбиту высотой 625км и наклонением 82,42 о . Режим орбитального полёта МКА -неориентированный, время активного существования до трёх лет.На борту МКА установлена команд-но-управляющая навигационная система (КУНС) разработки НИЛАКТ ДОСААФ, которая обеспечивает информационное обеспечение МКА и их взаимодействие с наземными средствами управления (НСУ) МКА «АИСТ» (г. Самара).
