Sliced Costochondral Chip Grafts in Posttraumatic Enophthalmos Correction

Abstract: The costochondral graft is adequate for the reconstruction of the fracture, easy to obtain, easily adaptable to the orbital walls, and has minimal morbidity at the donor site.
