Skabies dengan Infeksi Sekunder Pada Sindrom Down

Abstract: Skabies merupakan penyakit kulit yang disebabkan oleh Sarcoptes scabiei. Tanda dan gejala skabies seperti pruritus dan lesi kulit berupa papul kecil disertai kanalikulus serta eskoriasi. Apabila tidak segera diterapi, maka dapat terjadi komplikasi. Komplikasi yang sering ditemukan yaitu infeksi sekunder. Prinsip dalam penatalaksanaan skabies yaitu mengeradikasi tungau dengan terapi farmakologis, mencegah penyebaran skabies, dan mengatasi komplikasi.
