Sistematização Da Alta De Enfermagem - Uma Análise Fundamentada Em Roy

Abstract: RESUMO: O estudo objetivou analisar o processo de sistematização da alta hospitalar a partir Modelo de Adaptação de Roy. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo, desenvolvido em hospital público do interior da Bahia com 12 sujeitos entre enfermeiros e pessoas/famílias, delimitados pela saturação dos dados.
