Abstract:Sinonasal inverted schneiderian papilloma (ISP) is a rare tumour, which almost exclusively arises from the mucosa lining, the nasal cavity and the paranasal sinuses. The tumour in its early stages presents as an asymptomatic mass, which may be discovered during routine examination.
