Sinonasal haemangiopericytoma- An unusual swelling in the nasal cavity

Abstract: Sinonasal hemangiopericytoma, also known as glomangiopericytoma (GPC) is a benign perivascular tumor of low malignant potential, with an incidence rate of 0.5-1% of all sinonasal tumors. It often shows local recurrences with invasion to the surrounding bony tissues. It usually arises from the perivascular cells surrounding the capillaries.
