Abstract:A Síndrome de Silver-Russell (SSR) é uma patologia que apresenta heterogeneidade etiológica. Estudos têm demonstrado várias alterações cromossômicas correlacionadas ao fenótipo desta síndrome. Sua incidência varia de 1 caso em 3.000 nascimentos a 1 caso em 100.000 nascimentos.
