Abstract: Síndrome de Lyell por imipramina -Relato de casoO objetivo do artigo é relatar o caso de uma paciente de 43 anos com síndrome de Lyell relacionada à ingestão de imipramina e mostrar as alterações corneanas associadas a lesões dermatológicas típicas da sín-drome de Lyell, que melhoraram após suspender o uso de imipramina e tratamento adequado.
