Síndrome de Horner transitória após bloqueio paravertebral em injeção única

Abstract: It should be kept in mind that even a successful ultrasound guided single shot thoracic paravertebral block can be complicated with Horner syndrome due to unpredictable distribution of the local anesthetic.
