“…The measurement method presented in this paper uti lizes the parasitic temperature sensitivity of a silicon MEMS piezoresistive pressure sensing element for both pressure measurement correction and temperature measurement, thus enabling simultaneous highperformance pressure and temper ature measurements using the same sensing element. Some methods for simultaneous pressure and temperature sensing were reported before [1][2][3][4], but for sensors based on different principles of operation. To the best of the authors' knowledge, a method similar to the one presented in this paper has not been described in the literature.…”
