“…Despite these advantages, the potential of this method is not currently used in routine analysis, inter alia due to difficulties with the two stages of the PPEC process that precede the development of electrochromatograms: application of samples on the chromatographic plate and prewetting of an adsorbent layer of the chromatographic plate with a mobile phase solution.
