Similarities and Proximity Symmetries for Decisions of Complex Valuation of Mining Resources in Anthropically Affected Areas

Abstract: After 1990, when the economic system changed in Romania, the mining industry was the most controversial field from a productive-economic point of view and subject to reforms and transformations for efficiency. Currently (2022), there are nine main mining perimeters in which the production of useful, energetic, and nonenergetic mineral substances is operational, and in others it has decreased or stopped. Still active mining areas need economic and ecological assessments to identify similarities and proximity sy… Show more

“…Everything that means security and defense potential requires financial, human, and material resources (Rădulescu et al, 2023). The connection between economy and security, that is, between economic factors/resources and the achievement of security is obvious (Gâf-Deac et al, 2022). At the same time, the economy is in turn dependent on security, because in the absence of a safe environment, it has little chance of development, as a result, security and the economy are closely related and depend on each other (Burlacu et al, 2022).…”

“…), based on the results of research and development and on knowledge (learning "about"...) from innovation / innovation. (Gâf-Deac, I.I., 2022), [11] Technical change is introduced in the economic-productive systems, in those of energy production, in order to define the diffusion and development of a new technology, which will determine programmed ("targeted") changes on the lower "relative price" factor in hybrid technological structures.…”

“…In general, endogenous technical change is used in modeling to indicate technical changes, but also technological changes within the model, to the extent that they manifest with visible doses of neutrality. (Gâf-Deac, I.I., 2022), [11] Technological change represents the application of new scientific knowledge and principles on production techniques, determining effects on economic activity.…”
