Significado do trabalho nas indústrias criativas

Abstract: RESUMOEstudos sobre o trabalhador nas indústrias criativas ainda são escassos na literatura científica da administração. Esta pesquisa buscou contribuir para a superação dessa lacuna ao estudar o significado de trabalho para profissionais que atuam nessas indústrias.
