Sickle Cell Anemia with Megaloblastic Crisis: Deficiency or Demand?

Abstract

Megaloblastic erythropoiesis has been associated with hemolytic anemias. Sickle cell disease (SCD) presenting as megaloblastosis is a rare phenomenon.
