Short-Term FIFA 11+ Improves Agility and Jump Performance in Young Soccer Players

Abstract: Studies dealing with the effectiveness of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) 11+ prevention program to improve performance outcomes in children aged < 14 years are limited.
