Background: Indonesia's experience in handling the Covid-19 pandemic is essential to prepare for future pandemic.Aim: This research aims to know the experience of health services in handling Covid-19 pandemic in nine provinces of Indonesia.Methods: This research used qualitative and case study approach, with a total of 94 informants coming from all levels of health service agencies from nine provinces in Indonesia. The data collection process was carried out by in-depth interviews, and data analysis were done by means of triangulation of sources between informants. Results:Each province has a variety of local policies with the addition of varying amouns of the budget for handling Covid-19. In addition, the workload of health workers increased after the pandemic, and the availability of facilities, medicines, and single-usage medical materials were deemed inadequate in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.Discussions: Accounting for the use of funds for handling Covid-19 as well as increasing surveillance capacity needed to prepare for future pandemic in Indonesia.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has significantly affected the world, creating a global health emergency. For controlling the virus spread, effective and reliable diagnostic and therapeutic measures are highly expected. Using proper biomedical materials to produce detection kits/devices and personal protective equipment (PPE), such as swabs and masks, has become the focus since they play critical roles in virus diagnostics and prevention. Electrospun polymer composites have garnered substantial interest due to their potential to provide antiviral healthcare solutions. In this review, we summarized the recent efforts in developing advanced antiviral electrospun polymer composites for virus detection and prevention. We highlighted some novel strategies for developing effective antiviral personal protective equipment (PPE), including self-sterilization, reusability, and potential antiviral drug encapsulation. Besides, we discussed the current challenges and future perspectives for improving the materials’ performance to achieve better virus detection, antiviral, prevention, and therapeutics.

The Corona Virus Disease (COVID)-19 pandemic has disrupted the business and industry landscape and changed consumers' behavior. The purpose of this paper was to explore how the behavior of online shoppers and sellers changed because of the COVID-19 outbreak. The originality of this paper lies in combining four main constructs: digital promotion capability, supply chain capability, customer experience, and performance of the e-commerce platform. It incorporates intervening factors like seasonal pricing and logistics outsourcing in the context of COVID 19. The main findings were that, before the pandemic, customer review ratings had a significant positive effect on the performance of the e-commerce platform, but not after the outbreak. Meanwhile, logistics outsourcing does not intervene in the relationship between perceived supply chain capability and (relative) e-commerce platform performance, unlike before the pandemic. This research is a longitudinal study before and after the COVID 19 pandemic, with a call-back sample size of 88 end customer respondents and 55 seller respondents. Data gathered from previous and current e-commerce research were processed by multivariate regression using SPSS software.
