“…PMMA has been widely used as a SERS substrate because it is a low‐cost substrate that is intrinsically flexible and transparent, chemically stable, and nontoxic . Pyramidal Si, which has a large specific surface area and periodic construction, has been demonstrated to be an amplifier of the optical field around metal nanoparticles, especially in the field of plasmonics . Before casting the pyramidal polymer, we first fabricated the AgNPs/MoS 2 /pyramidal Si substrate to introduce the SERS effect, where MoS 2 was deposited on the pyramidal Si via the thermal decomposition of (NH4) 2 MoS 5 and the chemically synthesized AgNPs were transferred to the MoS 2 /pyramidal Si substrate using a dip‐coating method.…”

“…Adenosine and cytidine were selected as the probe molecules to investigate the SERS ability of the MoS2-pyramid-Si substrate, has shown that the MoS2-pyramid-Si substrate can prominently suppress photobleaching and fluorescence of the probe molecule. 27 Fig.1 schematically illustrates the three steps process for the synthesis of MoS2 thin layers. The minimum detected concentration of both adenosine and cytidine on MoS2-pyramid-Si substrate can reach 10 -6 M. Importantly, the linear relationship between Raman intensity and concentration of adenosine or cytidine can apply to the bimolecular detection.…”
