Septoplasty in peadiatric population

Abstract: Septoplasty in children is controversials due to concerns over an adverse effect on nasal and facial growth. Recent evidence has confirmed that septoplasty can be safely performed without affecting  nasofacial development in properly selected pediatric patient.
