In response to the traditional method of using a single subjective or objective assignment, AHP (hierarchical analysis) subjective weights and CRITIC (hierarchical relevance of importance criteria method) objective weights are coupled with the Lagrange multiplier method to obtain combined weights, and the multiobjective gray target decision model is used to establish event set, countermeasure set, and situation set to obtain the resource ranking that affects the project resource deployment problem, which provides a basis for the project participants to make decisions and plan for the project. Taking the municipal road project as an example, a judgment matrix is established. The results show that the model constructed in this paper is relatively consistent with the actual situation.

The negative impact of high-temperature disaster on agricultural production is becoming more and more serious, and reducing the vulnerability to high-temperature disaster is fundamental to achieving sustainable agricultural development. This study is mainly focused on the vulnerability to agricultural high-temperature disaster in Shaanxi Province, China. Firstly, 15 indicators were selected from the perspectives of exposure, sensitivity, and adaptability. Secondly, the combined weighting method (Critic-G1 model) was used to determine the weight of each index. Based on the aforementioned procedures, the Kullback–Leibler (KL)-distance-improved TOPSIS model was utilized to evaluate the vulnerability. Lastly, the obstacle model was used to analyze the influencing factors and to make recommendations for disaster prevention and mitigation. The results show that: (1) The improved TOPSIS model was closer to the results of the synthetical index method. (2) The northern and southern area of Shaanxi is more vulnerable to high-temperature disaster, especially in Ankang and Tongchuan. Low values are distributed in the Guanzhong Plain. (3) Sensitivity is the biggest obstacle to reducing the vulnerability to high-temperature disaster. Among the influencing factors, the meteorological yield reduction coefficient of variation, multiple cropping index and per capita net income of rural residents of the obstacle are high. Decreasing sensitivity should be accompanied by increasing adaptability to improve regional disaster preparedness and mitigation. The results of this study can provide a basis for the development of agricultural high-temperature disaster mitigation and loss reduction strategies and provide new ideas for future research.

Bali is a well-known tourist destination, but Karangasem is not widely known to the public. Tourist objects are selected as Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). This study analyzes the MADM problem, namely the selection of tourist objects using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and The Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Method testing is done by conducting a sensitivity analysis to determine the most sensitive method in selecting tourist objects. The sensitivity analysis on 10 trials by changing the weight of the criteria by adding values from 1 to 2 shows that the AHP method produces a ranking change of 440 with a percentage of 5.6%. While the TOPSIS method has a ranking change of 292 with a percentage of 3.77%. The results show that the AHP method is more sensitive to changes in weight, so relevant decision-making in selecting Karangasem Regency tourism objects can be carried out using the AHP method.
