In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the education system has used technology to assist the learning process. Technology-based learning makes it easy for students and teachers to carry out learning activities. However, teachers have not been able to optimally develop students' potential, low student learning outcomes and low problem-solving abilities in students. Problem solving ability is very important for a student in learning science. Problem-solving skills in science learning are the main key to training students' scientific thinking in solving phenomena in science. So, it is necessary for a teacher to improve the learning model for those who are able to develop students' problem solving abilities. Problem solving learning is a learning model based on problem solving. In addition, the problem solving learning model helps teachers to be more creative in carrying out the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of problem solving learning models on students' problem solving abilities in science learning. The data source for this research comes from an analysis of 30 national or international journals that have been published from 2010-2022. The search for data sources came from the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Eric, Springer, Hindawi, ProQuest, Sage Journal, Wiley and Taylor of Francis databases. Sampling in this study was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data that can be used is related to the research variable. Furthermore, the research data search keywords are problem solving learning models, problem solving skills and science learning. Data analysis is a descriptive quantitative analysis technique with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results of the study concluded that the problem solving learning model had a significant influence on students' problem solving abilities in science learning with an effect size of 1.808, an average value of 83 and a standard deviation of 0.45

IntroductionIn healthcare organizations, saving patients’ lives while maintaining the staff’s wellbeing, performance and competencies were challenging during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the complexity of healthcare settings is widely recognized, the pandemic evidenced the necessity of attending to the employees’ wellbeing in such a sector. This research aims to examine the effect of sustainable leadership on wellbeing of healthcare personnel. Furthermore, we also evaluate whether procedural knowledge and compassion act as mediators in such a relationship.MethodsThe hypothesized model was tested in healthcare organizations in a South Asian country, and the data were collected during the pandemic crisis. A total of 366 health personnel (physicians and nurses) participated in this research. With Hayes’ PROCESS macro, we examined all the direct and indirect paths, including sequential mediation.ResultsThe findings confirm the impact of sustainable leadership on wellbeing and this relationship is also mediated by procedural knowledge and compassion.Discussion/conclusionSustainable leadership fosters wellbeing among healthcare workers via the sequential mediation of procedural knowledge and compassion. Study findings suggest that sustainable leaders can trigger procedural knowledge among employees which in turn crafts the state of compassion in them that leads to their wellbeing. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed in light of study findings.

Changes to the curriculum in Indonesia have also caused changes in the learning process. Students are required to play an active role in classroom learning, while teachers only act as facilitators. So that in this curriculum, students are expected to have self-regulated learning. But also, another aspect that must still be had by students is a good understanding of concepts, especially in a material that is considered difficult like mathematics. One alternative way that can be done to achieve both aspects is the use of instructional media, such as interactive multimedia. One interactive multimedia that can be used is the Macromedia Flash Professional 8 application. This study aims to compare two groups with different treatments on trigonometry material. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with the non-equivalent control group design. This study was divided into two groups; the first group was given learning using flash media as an experimental group and the second group as a control group using ordinary learning. The sample in this study was taken from two classes of thirteen classes with purposive sampling, namely class X RPL 2 and X AKKUL 1 in SMK Negeri 1 Cianjur. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney Test and the Independent Sample t/t′-test. The results showed that the achievements and increased ability to understand mathematical concepts from the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Based on N-gain criteria, the increased is including the medium category. At the same time, the self-regulated learning of the experimental group is the same as the self-regulated learning of the control group.
