Sementes recalcitrantes: problemas na pós-colheita

Abstract: RESUMOAtualmente, das 6.721 espécies consideradas de importância econômica 7% possuem sementes que, além de serem sensíveis à dessecação, não toleram armazenamento sob baixas temperaturas, dificultando sua conservação por períodos prolongados.
