Self-Heating Model of Spherical Aluminum Nanoparticle Oxidation

Abstract: Aluminum-oxygen reaction is important in highly energetic and high pressure generating systems. Nanoenergetic thermites include mixtures of nanostructured Al and oxidizer particles.
