The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, especially in the world of education. This coincides with rapid developments in nursing education, including concerning multimedia-based learning processes in the form of videos. Some nursing students are not confident in carrying out patient safety, so a learning method is needed to increase self confidence – one of these is the coaching learning method using videos. This method can also be used to increase self-efficacy and skills in students. This study was conducted to determine the effect of coaching with videos on the self-efficacy of nursing students in carrying out patient safety. The research was a quasi-experimental study with purposive sampling and 60 respondents divided into a control group (n = 30) and an intervention group (n = 30). Paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests were used. According to the results, the coaching method with videos had an effect on self-efficacy in nursing students learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life, including education. For this reason, it is necessary for parents and students to work together to optimize the online learning process at home. This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of parents when helping elementary school children in doing online learning at home. This research is qualitative research approach with a descriptive quantitative analysis. The data collection method used a self-assessment questionnaire. The sample of this study was 150 parents of elementary school students, with various backgrounds and different school origins. Data were analyzed using percentage calculations. The scores were categorized by the scale and then described. The results of this study show that on average the parents of elementary school students, both in Indonesia and in the Philippines, have good motivation to help children learn from home. This can be seen from the data that the average motivation level of parents is in the good category (80.62%

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial interests of students, the effect of self efficacy on student entrepreneurial interests, and the effect of adversity quotient on student entrepreneurial interests. The method used is survey. Samples were obtained using simple random sampling technique as many as 105 students took entrepreneurship courses at one of the PTS in Jakarta. Data analysis is done using the help of the SPSS-16 program. Test requirements the analysis used is the test of normality, linearity test and multicolinearity test. The hypothesis test using a correlational test is followed by a double regression test. Based on the results of the research, the results that: 1) there are influence of self efficacy and adversity quotient jointly towards entrepreneurial interest. Self efficacy and adversity quotient contributions to entrepreneurial interest of 45.7% of the remaining 54.3% are donated by variables other than self efficacy and adversity quotient; 2) there is self efficacy influence on entrepreneurial interest, and 3) there is adversity quotient influence on entrepreneurial interest
