Selection of Sinopec lubricating oil producing bases by using the AHP model

Abstract: The factors affecting the development of Sinopec lubricating oil were analyzed in this paper, and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model for selecting lubricating-oil producing bases was developed. By using this model, nine lubricating oil producing companies under Sinopec were comprehensively evaluated.
