New product development (NPD) is essential to most business organizations to create new values and protect existing values for maintaining high profitability and sustainability. However, the success of NPD projects is deemed to be difficult and challenging owing to high organizational complexity, uncertain business environment, and time-critical innovation. Under the smart manufacturing paradigm, NPD is an active research area to establish effective measures through the adoption of systematic approaches so as to facilitate idea management in the fuzzy front end for the product innovation. In this paper, the domain of new product idea selection is focused on and enhanced by means of the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach, in which multiple criteria and sub-criteria can be considered in the selection process. Among a number of MCDM approaches, the fuzzy set theory and best-worst method (BWM) are integrated as the fuzzy BWM in this study to structure the new product idea selection process under a group decision-making process. The hierarchy structure for the new product idea selection is also established to consider the perspectives of finance, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and sustainability. Overall speaking, this study contributes to the field of NPD through overcoming the new product idea selection problem, while the group decision-making process is incorporated into the fuzzy BWM.

The selection of the system-architecture is critical step in software-engineering lifecycle. Unfortunately, the selecting a suitable architecture is a hard mission. The difficulty of the adopting architecture increases in inconsistence case as in SOA and MSA. The paper answers -when architecture transform‖, -to which architecture migrate‖ and -how‖. The paper addresses the lack of evaluation ERPs in post-implementation phase. The paper provides static and dynamic analysis for monolith, SOA and MSA by numerical-comparison and Benchmark. This paper proposes a roadmap for migration-architecture. The roadmap consists of flowchart of migration and migration-decision model that is supported with criteria of evaluation form for assessing system's baseline and making a consistence decision by Neutrosophic-ANP. Because of the dependency between factors of information system evolution, ANP is used. Furthermore, Neutrosophic set is selected because its accuracy in inconsistence. Benchmark assesses OpenBravoERP, Odoo12 and Metasfresh5.144 to represent monolith, SOA and MSA respectively. Benchmark assesses performance, time to the market, stability, future proof, network issue and cost. They are tested based on scenario tests which grantee that transactions are executed within more than one module of ERPS, simulates real business's procedures, huge number of records and concurrent load by virtual users. The proposed model and benchmark help -Hitac' enterprise in two decisions for its expansion-plan in COVID-19 crisis. The numerical steps of this case-study are provided. Most published papers and literatures about Microservices are not empirical. The main paper's result is filling this gap by a one of the empirical aspects with an academic study support.

Entrepreneurial ventures face various problems contributing to the regional resilience of their districts. Among such firms are digital platform‐based businesses that could have exponential impacts—indeed, if they succeed in overcoming the barriers. Thus, this study aims to identify the major technological barriers to creating regional resilience in Iran's innovation districts. This study uses the analytical hierarchy process method and an unsupervised machine learning algorithm, as well as the Delphi technique. Online panel surveys are conducted to collect data from experts in the field of online social platforms. The findings show that digital literacy barriers and cultural barriers are the criteria with the uppermost and lowermost importance. Performance sensitivity analysis illustrates that considering the C1 and C4 criteria, the Digikala platform is more resistant to technological barriers compared to other platforms. Furthermore, based on C2 and C3 criteria, it can be stated that the Snapp platform reveals better resistance than the other platforms. The importance‐performance matrix also shows that all platforms need more attention in terms of performance. Besides, the results of the BIRCH analysis show that the present model's accuracy is 88%. Meanwhile, outputs show that experts are divided into four groups or four different thoughts.
