Segmental lichen aureus: an uncommon presentation

Abstract: Pigmented purpuric dermatoses are chronic vascular inflammatory conditions characterized by the presence of pigmented macules. Among its different presentations, lichen aureus is distinguished by the lichenoid conformation of its plaques and the predilection for lower limb involvement.
