Sclerosing granuloma inguinale.

Abstract: SUMMARY A 21-year-old European male patient presented with a penile sore of two months' duration. Donovan bodies were detected in a tissue smear from the lesion, which healed after treatment with co-trimoxazole. Sclerosing granuloma inguinale was diagnosed.
