Scedosporium-apiospermum-Infektion bei einem nierentransplantierten Patienten

Abstract: A 57-year-old immunosuppressed patient presented with multiple erythematous papules and pustules as well as isolated ulcerations on the right lower leg and subcutaneous nodules on the right thigh. The biopsy revealed granulomatous inflammation with numerous fungal hyphae, which were IDentified as Scedosporium apiospermum by PCR.
