PurposeIn the modern business world, the main focus of the organizations is to improve the quality of the products and minimize the wastage of raw material. Keeping in view the green theory and improve the efficiency of the organization, the focus of the current study is to investigate the relationship between total quality management (TQM) and green innovation (GI), and examine how TQM practices can facilitate firms to achieve GI objectives. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is also an important factor for organizations, and this study also focuses on the mediating role of CSR between the relationship of TQM and GI.Design/methodology/approachThis is an empirical study. Data were gathered from the top management of 355 SMEs working in Pakistan through a questionnaire survey; the PLS-SEM approach was used to analyse the data.FindingsResults of the study show that TQM has significant impacts on two aspects of GI namely green product innovation and green process innovation. Moreover, results also reveal that CSR partially mediates the relationship between TQM and GI.Research limitations/implicationsThis study is limited to manufacturing SMEs and future research should test this model on non-manufacturing sector too. The findings of the study provide significant roadmap to the management of small and medium-sized manufacturing firms that how they can reduce wastage and improve the product and process innovation in their organizations through TQM and CSR.Originality/valueThis study contributes to bridging research gaps in the literature and advances how TQM, directly and indirectly, help firms improve green innovation via mediating roles of CSR.

In order to explore the problem of text analysis of power customer complaint work order, a text analysis of power customer complaint work order based on data mining is proposed. This method explores the research on the text analysis of power customer complaints work order through the key technical problems and solutions of information recommendation represented by data mining. The research shows that the combined curve is closer to the actual situation, and all prediction indicators have improved, indicating that the combination effect is good. At present, the data platform is still in the process of improvement. Therefore, enterprises cannot be complacent and stay at the current analysis stage. They should keep pace with the times, strive to improve the big data platform, and further improve their data mining and analysis capabilities to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition.

POptimizing organizational performance has a positive impact on the services provided. Various steps need to be taken in an effort to create a sustainable business. Organizational excellence is inseparable from several main factors, such as: performance, customer satisfaction, leadership, process management, employee involvement, learning, innovation, and social responsibility. Organizations must be able to assess their performance to explore various opportunities and be able to put themselves in a competitive situation. The Baldrige Criteria are a guide for organizations to evaluate performance and create superior and world-class management. This criterion consists of seven pillars, namely: leadership; strategic planning; focus on consumers and markets; analysis and knowledge management; focus on human resources; business process management; and results. This research was conducted to analyze the application of the Baldrige Criteria to the Mangunan Fruit Garden tourist attraction as an effort to create superior and world-class tourism management. A qualitative, descriptive research design was used in this study and was combined with the Baldrige Criteria instrument. Collected data for this study through in-depth interviews with several informants from management and employees. The results of the study explained that the management of the Mangunan Orchard was not in accordance with the Baldrige Criteria. Tourist attraction managers need to design the right strategy to create superior and world-class organizational performance.
