It is well known that sarcoidosis is associated with fungal infections, such as cryptococcosis, as well as with a number of other immunologically mediated conditions (2, 3), malignancies (3, 4), vasculitis (3, 5), hormonal distrubance (2, 3), necrobiosis lipoidica (3), granuloma annulare (6) and pyoderma gangrenosum (3, 7). Psoriasiform epidermal changes have also been observed on the cutaneous lesions of sarcoidosis (8, 9), and the association of sarcoidosis with psoriasis has been reported (10).…”
