Safety and quality assessment of street vended roasted plantain (bole) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

Abstract: The microbiological quality, heavy metal and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) of roasted plantain sold in selected locations in Port Harcourt metropolis were investigated.
