Safety and feasibility of a novel bi-directional portal vein access kit during transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt creation

Abstract: Background Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) creation remains as one of the more technically challenging endovascular procedures.
