Abstract:Primary sacral tumors are rare, 7% of all spinal tumors. Most sacral tumors are benign aggressive lesions such as aneurysmal bone cyst, osteoblastoma, and giant cell tumor, or low-grade malignancies such as chordoma or chondrosarcoma.We report a case of Giant cell tumour of the sacrum in a female patient 59 years old noticed with pain in lower back with radiated to the left thigh with muscle weakness since 6 months.
